A lot of expensive technique and many people are engaged in the process of shooting and during the long period of preparation prior to it. This process is expensive and is not often the best decision for making a video reel. Very often you just do not need to shoot anything; it is quite enough to show certain graphic elements (for example, pictures) to deliver the necessary information to the target audience. But it is boring and dull to watch a succession of static photos and it does not help to reach the goal. To make the picture alive and make it dynamic and attractive it would be good to “play” with its elements and enliven them: to move or pull something, to cut a little bit or apply some paint somewhere, to change the colours and so on. All this has the short name of animation.
